This paper deals with redesigning organizations ihat is now possible through advanced Infimtation rcchnologies such as organizational wtemory systems I provide a conceptual j?amewo rk for process represenration, which includes: ex@anarion of process models, specifically business process modeling; and discussion of the new and evolving merhodology of process redesign and reengineering. A case study details the applicarion of these principles to a particular organization as well as the design of rhe new processes.
