Business process modeling and organizational memory systems: a case study

This paper deals with redesigning organizations ihat is now possible through advanced Infimtation rcchnologies such as organizational wtemory systems I provide a conceptual j?amewo rk for process represenration, which includes: ex@anarion of process models, specifically business process modeling; and discussion of the new and evolving merhodology of process redesign and reengineering.
